Balloon Delivery Service

Save time or surprise someone special with our balloon delivery service. We'll deliver to your party, photoshoot, friends, and anywhere else you want to spread joy! Here’s how to book your first delivery:

  1. Select Balloons: Choose the balloons you would like to send here and add them to your cart.
  2. Enter Delivery Details: Go to your cart, click on local delivery at the bottom of the page, and enter the zip code where the balloons are headed.
  3. Choose Delivery Date: Select the date you want us to deliver.
  4. Add a Message: Write a special message (e.g., “Couldn't be there to wish you Happy Birthday, hope these balloons make your day!”).
  5. Provide Recipient's Address: Tell us the address of the lucky recipient (restaurant, office, hotel, residence, etc.) and That's it!

Delivery Information:

Delivery Orders: Balloon deliveries can be placed online or in-store. Online orders are ready-to-go bouquets. For customized orders, please email us at info@balloon-expert.com. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Minimum Order: A minimum order of $20 is required, depending on the location.

Delivery Cost: Delivery starts at $10, depending on order size and location.

Delivery Area: We deliver throughout Montreal and Quebec City. To check if your address is eligible, enter your postal code on the cart page.

Delivery Regions: North Shore, South Shore, West Island, Laval, Montreal, Quebec City and all cities in between.

Delivery Schedule: We deliver Monday through Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm. Availability is displayed on the cart page when you place your order.

Lead Time: Deliveries are made between 10 am and 4 pm. You can select a 2-hour time slot during checkout. Specific times cannot be guaranteed due to other deliveries and traffic. All online delivery orders must be placed 24 hours in advance.

Delivery Modifications: We only accept modifications for the address, date, and time if the order has not yet been delivered. We cannot change the delivery date on the scheduled day. Balloons, once inflated, are non-refundable. For modifications, please call us at 438-771-7224 or email us at info@balloon-expert.com.

Delivery Cancellation: Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before the event date.

Saturday & Sunday Business Deliveries: Some businesses, including hospitals, hotels, and offices, do not accept deliveries on weekends due to 'mail retention orders.' Check with the business before scheduling a weekend delivery.

Home Deliveries: We attempt to arrange a delivery time by calling the home to ensure someone will be available. If there is no answer, we will leave a message for the recipient to call and schedule a delivery time.

School Deliveries: We deliver to schools that permit balloons, usually requiring them to be held at the front office. Delivering to students in class is not allowed. Confirm with the school before placing an order.

Hotel Deliveries: Hotel deliveries are left with the concierge or front desk. We cannot deliver directly to guest rooms. Customers must ensure the hotel delivers the balloons to the guest. Once delivered to the hotel, Balloon Expert considers the delivery complete.

Hospital Deliveries: Many hospitals do not allow latex balloons due to allergies. We recommend foil balloons. Verify if the patient is still hospitalized on the delivery day. For more information, contact us at 438-771-7224.

Incorrect Address Delivery: For all deliveries, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please ensure all information provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the balloons. To avoid leaving the balloons outside, kindly inform the recipient in advance.

Responsibility for Incorrect Addresses: Balloon Expert is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers. Customers assume responsibility for the entire purchase in such cases.

Anonymous Deliveries: We do not allow anonymous deliveries. Drivers must inform the recipient who sent the order. Pricing details are not disclosed.

Recipient Refusal: If the recipient refuses delivery, the sender may be liable for the cost of the gift.

Severe Weather: If we are unable to deliver due to severe weather, we will notify the customer as soon as possible to reschedule or arrange a cancellation and refund.
